Ashtead Group is an International equipment rental company operating in USA and UK for heavy construction projects.
The Ashtead Group acquired two floors within the iconic building located in Cheapside and engaged Concep tInteriors Management Limited to provide a complete CAT-B fit-out.
Both floors were fitted to a high ended specification to accommodate their head office and global operations with open plan offices, executive cellular offices, boardrooms and kitchen breakout areas.
The project incorporated a variety of floor and wall finishes, joinery and feature ceilings to create a vibrant environment along with glazed and solid partitions.
Each floor required new M&E services to suit a CAT-B fit-out along with specific requirements to meet the buildings BREEAM ratings.
